• Footpath works

• Construct 80m long 1.0m high retaining wall; 40m of 1.5m wide boardwalk and 350lm of boxed gravel footpath in the stream reserve

Parnell

Driveway removal and replacement

• Removal and replacement of a 160m² existing exposed aggregate concrete driveway with approximate 20% grade

• Installation of channel drain

Browns Road

• Installation of sewer and stormwater in the road reserve

Wainui

1 Lot Subdivision 

• Installation of twin 1350mm diameter culverts in a live stream

• Construction of five retaining walls, retained height between 0.5m and 2.0m

• Construction of 500m gravel driveway including all earthworks
